When you complete an assessment and submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property ZIP code, your questionnaire answers, your resulting risk score, and basic ad-attribution data (e.g., UTM parameters, the page URL).
We use your information to deliver your results and to connect you with a licensed contractor in your area who can discuss your project. We may contact you by phone, text, and email — including by automated means — about your project, as described in the consent you provide at submission. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and you may opt out at any time.
We share your information only with the contractor or CRM partner designated to serve your market. We do not sell your personal information. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve our risk models.
